Last for the Best

This two are the last for tonight.  Then Tuesday I will be making more.  Then I will share those with you also.  These are so fun to do that I know I will be using these Epiphany stickers a lot more often.  If you don't have one you may want to go and buy yourself one or two.

Thank you for coming by and I hope you will leave me a comment on what you think of these.  It was fun making them and even had my husband helping when my left arm wanted to go out on me.

Thanks for sharing with us..............
Sincerely

Birthday Card w/ Epiphany Circles

I made some Birthday cards and I put some of the circles on these cards that I made yesterday.  I love the way they turned out and each of them is a little different even if it is color of the box.

I had a lot of fun stamping these and then coloring them.  I got a kit from Sarah Hamer and this stamps came with markers, stamp, paper, and the block to use for the stamp and a ink pad.  I love the set and I will be using more of the stamps as times goes by.

Thank you for coming by and I hope you will like what you see. Leave me a comment if you do.

Epiphany Craft, I Love It

WOW I can't say enough about this NEW tool that I got.  It comes in different sizzes but I have two of them.  One is a small round circle and this one I'm using tonight is size 25 and it is a Scalloped Circle 25  It makes one inch circle with the edges being scalloped.  I love it and I love the way it brings shine to my cards.

The Epiphany Craft is the Green round thing in my picture here.  This was taken just after I got the last Epiphany circle done so I can add then to my card.  But I want to share this New Tool with you.  IF you don't have one and you make cards I know you will love these.  I'm so glad that I watched a video over at "My Craft Channel" and she told us about this machine and I loved it.  So I started looking for one to buy.  Well I found them at Hobby Lobby and they was on sale so I got two of them.  What a fun tool to play with.

Thank you for coming by and I hope you will hit like or leave me a comment.  I love getting them.

Thanks for sharing with us..............

Last of the 7

Here is the last of the 7 and I will finish and get them mailed tomorrow to the ladies that are so special to me.  I'm very grateful for their kindness when I needed the help.  You an't alway go by what you see with your eyes.  Cause someone asked me why am I bring food you look so healthy.  So don't go by what you see but ask nicely and people will let you what is wrong.  But I'm so grateful for these ladies didn't judge me but came to help.

Thank you for coming by and I hope you will like these and will leave me a comment. I got some new tools today in the mail and I'm going to making some different kinds of birthday cards tomorrow after I finish these tonight.  So come back and see what I have to share.

Thank You Cards

Well I told you that I have been working on some cards.  Well I have three of them is finished and all I need to do is write a thank you note inside of them.  The other are done and waiting to dry so I can put them on the card.  But I will show you what they look like right now.  I have 7 cards for 7 special friends that came and helped us when I first got Shingles.  I couldn't use my left arm at all and now I'm begining to be able to use it more. I will put these on 2 post so you can see them all.

I love the little clothes pins that I used and I glued them down so they won't come off. Yes most of they are alike and for that I'm sorry it is easier to make 7 of them with the same idea.  Right now it is easier and not to much hard work on my left arm.

Thank you so much for coming by and I will have some birthday ones tomorrow to share.  Thanks for coming by and I hope you will lleave me a comment if you like them.

Confetti Cake Bites

I Love Lizzy stuff that she fixes to share with all of us. I can't wait until her cook book comes out so i can buy it.  It has to be good.

Your Cup of Cake

The Story:
On my journey to Cake Pops, I decided to start with Cake Bites. I was bored at home with nothing to do and decided to finally take the plunge. I went out and got some chocolate melts from my local WinCo and got to it.
Confetti Cake Bites
Yield: 24-30 cake bites
Ingredients

Cake:
1 box white cake mix
4 egg whites
1/3 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
Frosting:
6 Tablespoons butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2-3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup sprinkles
2 1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Melts
Spinkles for decorating

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees grease 2 round cake pans (or one large rectangle pan).
2. Sift cake mix and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, gently whisk egg whites, oil, buttermilk, sour cream, vanilla extract and almond extract together.
4. Add cake mix and mix until smooth.
5. Pour batter into cake pan(s) and bake until an inserted knife comes out clean. (My round pans took about 20 minutes.)
6. Let the cake COMPLETELY cool. Then crumble it into a bowl.
7. In a stand mixer, beat butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add cake crumbles and let mix. (If you over-baked your cake, you may need to add a little extra butter or cream cheese. Taste the "filling" to see if you need to add more powdered sugar.)
8. Use a mini scoop of create your cake bites. Each bite should be about 1 or 2 tablespoons in size. Place the balls of dough in the freezer for 15 minutes and then roll in your hands to smooth out the edges. Place in the freezer for 10 more minutes while you prep the chocolate.
9. Melt the chocolate melts (or coating chocolate) in double boiler until thin and smooth. Dip cake balls into melted chocolate, cover with chocolate and then remove. Place onto aluminum foil and immediately top with sprinkles. (The chocolate cools fast.)
10. Ta-dah! Done and done.

Thanks for coming by and I hope you will enjoy this and I hope you will try it.
