Could be a invite.

This one could be part of a invite to a party.  Come to a Birthday Bash sounds like it is going to be a party for someone.  This is one of the 5,  I made in the Hotel and just before we went to dinner over at Red Robin's.  I don't know Portland very well so we usually just go over there to eat when we are down this way.  That is when the VA put us up in a Hotel.
